I am sorry that I was away and unable to attend the service but what fitting appropriate eulogy by John ❤️and a beautiful service . I am glad that mam and Jackie were able to have regular visits over the last few months . Jackie was a big part of our lives from early days of staying in Larkfield , a good friend to my dad , A kind Uncle with a great knack for storytelling ! I’m so sorry to read that John has passed. I would like to send my deepest sympathies to all the McCabe family.
How I knew John was from cutting his hair in Roches Barbershop in Kimmage.
I can honestly say he was a true gentleman. A very caring man. We had many a great ole chat while John was getting his haircut. Any body that knew John is going to miss him dearly.
