I only heard today 24/3/2021about John's passing. Our sincere condolences to Maura and family and Anne on the passing of a lovely gentle man . I have very fond memories of growing up with John . He will never be forgotten.. R.I P John . Rory and Valerie Stritch

I just heard of John's passing today, Feb 15th. I am deeply saddened as years of growing up with John, Anne and their Mum and Dad come flooding back to my mind. John was my best man and brings back so many memories of craic and times together.

Condolences to Maura and family. I too had the good fortune to work with John in CTT and I especially remember my visits to him in Zurich and Berlin just after the wall came down. I had also the good fortune to meet John's dad, Joe, in Ireland House London on Bord Bainne's annual St Patrick's Day event. Two of a kind , gentlemen to their finger tips and great servants to their country.
