Only new John for a short time through my daughter and son in law at there wedding in Lake Garda where he was there best man.He will be sadly mlssed.

I met John in Italy, whilst attending my good friends wedding. He was such a lovely person, very thoughtful and kindness itself. We walked arm in arm in the beautiful afternoon sunshine full of joy for our friend's Wedding Day, marching to the music of the Piper to the Church. John was Best Man to David and I the Maid of Honour to Karen. My Partner David and John went for a long walk to another town, resting regularly on the way. He has left us both with a lasting smile when we think of John.

Unfortunately, I never got the privilage nor pleasure, to meet John, but felt I knew him, just going on all the loving, romantic & good humoured pics he 'posed' for & with ya Carmel. He struck me as a thorough Gentleman and a character, and judging from all of both yer posts, following comments, that were always full of praise and loving sentiments towards ye both, I can only assume i was right, Bless him. I hope ya find some comfort from all the loving, fun & cherised memories, ya hold, and from Johns family & your wide circle of friends you have, both near & far.
