It’s with great sadness to hear the news of John’s passing. I will keep forever my first memory of him as a 12 year old boy, quiet, tall, careful and smiling. I will never forget his pride in family and their history many years later when we visited the bog. He loved his family. He loved his Ireland. My heart goes out to those he left behind.
