It is with great shock & sadness we heard of Johnnie’s (as I knew him as a cousin) death,.
I remember him as a calm, polite, pleasant person, My sincere sympathy to you Marie & family.. I had the pleasure of seeing his excellent craftsmanship when I visited Dublin over the years & I recall as very young boy in the early sixties delivering material with my Dad to his Mother’s new house in Newport & seeing the skill & speed with which he executed his trade (block Laying).
