I’m so sorry to hear that John has died. He was the most helpful and courteous work colleague .. nothing was too much trouble .. even if he had to visit the basement for stock for the umpteenth time he just turned his hand truck around and away he went. He loved your holidays together particularly Christmastime in Dingle. May he rest in peace and my sincere condolences to you and the wider family.

I worked with John for many years and never knew him to be anything but a conscientious worker and a complete gentleman.

John also had a great sense of humour and we shared many a laugh over the years.
