In 1963 Niall and another great friend the late Tom Toole interduced me to North Kildare Rugby Club, where we enjoyed many years rugby and fun.
Niall coached under age teams rugby in later years.
We regret that we are unable to attend Nialls funeral as will be away. RIP Niall.

Aaah, there goes another of the best humans.

I played music in the Whiskey Still for about 5 summers, starting in 1978.
Niall (& Joan) were so good to me and such craic. Treated me so well. Like a home from home.
Always a witty wisecrack, a smile, a joke, while making sure the business ran smoothly.
Safe travels Niall. i'm the better for meeting you on this earth.

Saddened to hear that Niall had passed.
Niall and family arrived to our village in the late 70’s after buying the pub from my late parents. He ran a very successful pub and restaurant and gave great employment to the local community. His generosity knew no bounds especially with sponsorship with local activities from dart teams to pool teams rowing races card games etc.
Always enjoyed working for Niall & Joan at the University of life “The Whiskey Still”
