John (Noel) Lennon

Sincere condolences to Catherine, Aisling, Emma and extended families upon Noel’s passing. He was an infectiously happy, witty, fun loving guy, and also an amazing singer and guitarist.
I was privileged to have known Noel and much enjoyed playing music with him, and our good friends in Faughs! May he rest in Peace, and may we all meet again.🙏

Catherine, Aisling, Emma and the Lennon family, heartfelt sympathies to you all at this very difficult time. Noel was a really great person, a gentleman. He was good craic and always made time to help people out. He helped people better themselves. Always up for a laugh, he was forever putting on accents, either saying, “I’ll tell ya what it is” in a Northern accent or “I don’t rightly know” in some Coronation Street-esk twang or else slagging someone off. He might even have been accused of running a “St Bridget’s cross sweat shop” on occasion but that never really phased him. We have very fond memories of Noel and our lives are much better off for knowing him. He will be truly missed but remembered very fondly. Our thoughts are with you all. Rest in peace our dear friend Noel.
