Condolences to everybody close to John. I have been friends known him for 60 years. He was groomsman at our wedding. As the years went on, we saw less of each other, but he was always welcomed by both of us to join in family and social events. He was a kind hearted, forthright, decent person with a clear sense of right and wrong. RIP.
So saddened to hear of Johns passing. A constant in our lives growing up, at birthdays, christmases and always enjoyed our day out helping on the willow wheelers 100 mile cycle. May he RIP.
Rip John shall pray for you. Moore family melbourne Australia
I'm so very sorry to hear of the passing of John; a cherished brother and uncle. Thinking of you Carol, Aisling, Sharon and Suzanne at this difficult time.
Sincere sympathy to all the family and John was a highly valued member of the SVP conference for many years and his work as Treasurer was a vital part in the operation of the Conference.
He had a gentle and lovely way with everyone and many people benefitted from his great work.
On behalf of the entire conference may John rest in Peace.
Farewell John
Remembering the fun times of many years ago….

“No Man is an island
Entire of itself;
Every man is a piece of the continent,
A part of the main.

If a clod be washed away by the sea,
Europe is the less,
As well as if a promontory were:
As well as if a manor of thy friends
Or of thine own were.

Any man's death diminishes me,
Because I am involved in mankind.
And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls;
It tolls for thee.”

- John Donne
