Having so many lovely memories of John. How he introduced me to his cows, telling me exactly how every new calf was related to the rest of the flock and all their likes and dislikes. He loved my bakings but didn't like the salad I prepared for him. He told me straight away I better should go on with baking as he dislikes pepper.

We will forever remember his lovely smile. What a gentleman he was.
