Our most sincere condolences on the very sad passing of your dad John,he was a true gentleman very quiet and unassuming but was a great friend to my Dad Tom and i have great memories of him visiting our house in Holy Cross,Avril,Sean and Frances and extended Phelan family you are all in my thoughts at this very sad time,may he now rest in peace.

Sorry to hear of John's death. Sympathy to his daughters / son - all. John was an pleasant gentle man ,a very good man ,no bother wherever he was and so appreciative for the smallest effort towards him ,. A gentleman to all generations. We are sad John was unwell after a great life in good health,and who deserved the very best Sympathy to all his Family, RIP .

R.I.P. John ,we are abroad on work commitment ,otherwise ,we would ,ALL ,be in attendence in Butlerstown Church ,for John's Funeral Mass. John was so good to our Parents & Grañparents when we, jas a Family were too immature towards them. John was always there to help them,. In fact , they were able to live without Nursing Home care, because John do so so much for them ,fr food collection to drugs collection to transport to Hospitals & Doctors ,even repaired their water system , all without a word .over a long period of time each years , John do more for them. When we became aware of life's immortant facts & basic humanity , in our 30's , we gladly thanked John. His only reply was. ' sure, go away out of that ' RIP JOHN , & we all repeat our appreciation to a really good Christian. Sympathy to his Family
