I was shocked a deeply saddened to learn of Sean's passing. What a nice man who always had a great welcome for everyone. May he rest in peace.

I had the privilege of working with Sean during the Limerick Special Olympics Ireland Games. Sean was such a committed volunteer, it was a honour to work and learn from him during this time. My sincere condolences to his family, may he Rest in Peace.

Delores & Marie, we have just heard today of Sean’s sudden death & are devastated with the news. Sean & I spent 8 great years with the De La Salle brothers in Manorhamilton, he then headed for Gormanston & I to Rockwell. Then both of us in UCG together & amazing coincidence we have both been in Limerick for the last 30 yrs during which he served with distinction around the world. A gentle giant & a dear friend has passed on to a greater place! May he rest in peace.

Sean and I spent many an evening carrying out duties with the Limerick Youth Service Board of Management. He was a tremendously kind and generous man with his advice and support but firm and specific with his concerns and for those traits he will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of working with him.
