John was a great man who taught me so much in the few years that I worked with him. His courage and optimism kept me hopeful that he would be okay and return back to work some day. I will miss you John. Your peaceful yet troublesome nature was always quite entertaining. Thank you for all that you were to me...a boss when required and also a friend.
I pray for comfort and peace to all of John's family and friends. God bless you all.
Very sorry to hear the news today of Johns passing. Our thoughts and prayers to all his family in Ireland and Canada. We never had a visit with John that we didn't enjoy.
My deepest condolences to the family. So sorry for your loss.
I was deeply saddened to hear that John had so suddenly passed away. He was great friend and colleague. He shared many stories with me and we had so many great conversations during the years in which we worked side by side. He was intelligent and had great wit. He will be missed by his many friends and colleagues. My sincere condolences to his family.

So sorry to hear of this loss.
I want to send my deepest sympathies to Ruth and all of John's family. When I started at the TTC John made me feel I was part of a team immediately and that was so important. But beyond that, he became a friend of mine. We enjoyed pints and he introduced me to Irish Whiskey all while being a man of great wit, intelligence and warmth. My life is better for having known him and I think that is a great testament to the life he lived. Rest in peace John. I will miss you.
My deepest condolences to the family at this difficult time. John will be missed by all his friends at the TTC.
