I was deeply saddened to hear of my beloved cousin John Joe's passing. He was such a good friend to my mum & I when he lived in London & a visit from John was always a pleasure. I remember editing & copying the video of John's leaving do at AIB & seeing how popular he was with his colleagues.

He was such a lovely, kind man and we enjoyed many chats, laughs and games of pool whenever I visited Ireland. You are so missed John!

What can i say about the wonderful John Joe.? Plenty!
We had many laughs in AIB Kilburn from he and I hauling coin, to him providing the lucozade for the hangovers. He had such a kind heart and great patience. I remember asking him about his copper bracket which was for arthritis and i now have one!! A much more attractive one i might add. Smashing Limerick man.

To Rita and all close to John Joe, he is somewhere over the rainbow now and looking down to watch over you all.

We are very saddened to hear of John Joe's passing. Deepest sympathy to Rita and all the extended family. I worked with him in AIB Kilburn where he was such a helpful and pleasant colleague. We had great times, John Joe loved the staff nights out, especially the Golf Quiz's. He also helped Jim with DIY, always willing to help out. We will always remember him with great fondness.
