I worked with John in the Central Bank for many years, he was always a gentleman, had time for a chat and a laugh. Thinking of all his family at this very difficult time

We have just heard of John's passing and can only express our sincere condolences to John's family. We have many fond memories of working with John in the Central Bank and were very happy to chat with him in Knocklyon SC carpark after his retirement. He was a very fine gentleman and our privilege to have met him along the way.

June and family, we are so so sorry for your loss. We only spoke of John today as we were at the central bank showing the girls where John used to work! We will miss him so much and his smile and chats over the years. The girls always had so much time for John and loved seeing him. We all did. X
