So sorry to hear of Mr. Fullam's passing. May you all find strength to carry on with great memories. x
Sad to hear only last night the death of the great Johnny Fullam, a legend of League of Ireland football. Johnny was one of a number of players who joined Athlone Town from Bohemians in the 79/80 season and came and left his mark on a team under Turlough O'Connor who went on to win two Championships and I think three League Cups. Johnny stayed for that first season and is remembered here in Athlone. Mick Smyth, the goalie, also joined Athlone at that same time, he'd have played and won Cup medals with Johnny at Shamrock Rovers.
A sad time indeed for Johnny's family and friends; may he rest in peace.
Dear Patsy, Caroline, Siobhan, Sharon, and John,
also Maura and Catherine

We only met you two weeks ago , but feel we have known you always.
Johnny and all of yourselves made such an impression on us.

You, as a family, can hold your heads very high with pride on how you all cared so lovingly and selflessly for Johnny. nothing was a problem for you and he knew that he was loved so very dearly, by each and every one of you.

We share your heartache and your pain, and are with you all in spirit.
Particularly yourself, Patsy, as you have lost your life's companion.

Anita and I are so very sorry, we could not attend Johnny's final farewell, but we hope that by Alan and Stephen attending, that in some small way they will have carried our support and love to you all.

We continue to pray for strength and comfort for you all to carry this heavy burden.

May Johnny Rest in the peace that he deserves

Much love and Thanks to you all for your support to us

Miriam and all The O Halloran family

Sincere condolences to you all. Such a respected, kind and gentle man. Why do the good guys go so young! Caroline, I'm sorry I can't attend the funeral on Friday morning as I have a commitment until 12.30-12.45pm in Rathcoole but will try to get along straight after that. Please pass on my best wishes to your mam and all the family too.

Unfortunately my parents, Denis and Sylvia and sister Liz are living in the UK and John is currently abroad on holiday so unfortunately they wont be able to get to the funeral on Friday. They all pass on their condolences too.

One of my boyhood heroes when he played with Rovers in the 70's. Got to meet him at my grandmother, Margaret Jordan, funeral in 2013. A true gent. Condolences to the family. Rest in peace Johnny.
Condolence to Johnnys family on your loss
So sorry to hear of John's Passing may he Rest In Peace .
One of the legends of League of Ireland soccer, tough and uncompromising on the field, and always a gentleman off it. Sincere sympathy to the entire family on your loss R.I.P
Sincere condolences to the all the Fullam family on their sad loss. My favourite League of Ireland team was Drumcondra. From my boyhood to adulthood I saw Johnny play many times and he was an exceptional player and a great sportsman. He was the rock of that great Rovers era in the 60's. and without doubt one of the greatest players (if not the greatest) ever to have played football here. He was on the League of Ireland side that beat the English League 2-1 in 1963, on the Rovers side that almost beat Bayern Munich (the eventual winners of the European Cup) and in 1972 I saw him 'pull' one over on the great Pele when
Santos F.C. played a Drums/Bohs selection in a packed Dalymount. Just some of the great memories I have
of him and will always remember him in my prayers. I only wish he had played for Drums instead of Rovers.
May he Rest In Peace.
Deepest sympathy on the passing of Johnny, we remember with fondness our lovely neighbours when you lived in Abbey Park Court in Clane x
