Bréid, Rachel, Brian, Justin ; I don't have the words to tell you how devastated and sorry I am. Sending you all of my love. I haven't stopped thinking about you all. Jay was just too good for this world. Anyone who knew him was incredibly blessed. How lucky I was to have him in my life and at one point, been able to call him mine. Memories will be cherished. I will never forget you, sleep well sweet boy xxxxx

I wouldn't be the person I am today without J. I know that every person who got to see J shine wishes they had more time in that light. He was there for me at pivotal times in my life. His impression won't ever fade from my spirit. Laughter, good music and intelligent conversation are but some of the things he shared with those he meet. I know he will stay in the hearts and memories of many people.
Your loss must feel immeasurable and I hope you find comfort and peace to get you through the days ahead.
