Dear Angela, Ailbhe and Doireann,
I am so deeply sorry for Joe’s sudden passing. He was such a special person, a true friend to my parents and to so many others. He had a rare gift for filling a room with laughter and bringing joy to everyone around him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. His warmth, kindness, and wonderful sense of humor will never be forgotten.

He was a most wonderful gentleman and he was a great ambassador for Galway and particularly for Mountbellew. He was always so gracious and great company whenever we met. It’s with deep regret I extend sincere sympathy to Angela ,Aoibhe , Doireann, Francis. Mary and Claire and the extended Conway and Finn Families on the death of Joe, a lifelong friend, a friendly football rival and caring colleague in life to all. We enjoyed many visits by him to our home and our chats about football and life. Only last week we were panning a special journey. May his kind and gentle soul rest in eternal Peace.
