It is with great sadness that I learned about the passing of a dear friend and respected senior colleague. He was a true gentleman whose professionalism, integrity, and kindness left a lasting impression on all of us.

I will always remember his guidance and the warmth he brought to every interaction. He will be deeply missed.

I first met Joe at an Enterprise Ireland Business event in Dubai nearly 20 years ago and we hit it off immediately. He was a great character and a fountain of knowledge and above all a gentleman. He had fantastic knowledge on animal nutrition and, after introducing him to a new client, he was soon sending regular shipments of Dog and Camel nutrition and supplements to Dubai, such was his ability to develop a market. I looked forward to meeting up with Joe the many times he came to Dubai over the years to listen to his stories, enjoy his wit and unique perspectives on life.
Joe was well got and well known the length and breadth of Ireland and the Middle East and developed enduring friendships wherever he travelled.
I am privileged to have known him and wish him continued safe travels.

It was with great sadness that I learned of the recent and untimely death of Joe RIP.
My sincere and deepest sympathy to his wife Angela, his daughters Ailbhe and Doireann and the extended Conway families. I knew Joe very well during my years with Irish Sugar in Mallow. He was a true gentleman with a great personality and it was a privilege to have known him.
Thinking 0f you all in your sorrow and great loss. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
