Dear Valerie, Anne, Fiona and family,

I was so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. I remember him well from my time working in the Pavilion in Venetian Hall — he was always such a lovely presence, full of warmth and good humour. He had a wonderful way of brightening up the place whenever he came in, and he was genuinely liked by everyone.

Please accept my sincere condolences. I hope you find comfort in knowing how fondly he was remembered by so many.
