Sincere sympathy to the Horkan family on Joseph's passing. I have fond memories of Joseph and Siobhan being good buddies many years ago. Anytime I would meet Joseph up the town he would ask how Siobhan was. He was very thoughtful, a lovely young man. He is with his dad now. RIP Joseph.
