Joe was an incredible man, full of jokes and beer. He shared many great stories, normally followed by his laughter which was awfully contagious. Not the first or the last of his name, but certainly one of the most memorable. Until we meet again, Joe.
Deepest sympathy to Allan, Neil, Susan and Paul and the rest of the Briddock family on the passing of your father. He was a lovely man and always such good fun. You are all in our thoughts.
To all Joe’s family, a very sincere expression of sympathy on his death. All my memories of Joe are of a man very much at ease with himself. He had a great sense of humour, and had an opinion on all things, religious, political, social, economic, and all things in between. He was very proud of all his children, and would always regale us about them, including on occasions showing his videos of them on family holidays when they were young. Himself and Muriel were great hosts and the get togethers were always full of fun, and great craic, with Muriel always producing beautiful food. He lived a full life, and he and Muriel were a lovely couple. He will now join her in the great yonder.
May he rest in peace..
