My deepest sympathies with the family of Joe. I knew Joe through a Diploma Course we did together. I found Joe engaging, intelligent and kind. His love of all things sport and his dedication to service for his community, as a volunteer, was unquantifiable.

I'm very sorry to hear of Joe's death, far too young to die. My deepest sympathies to his wife, children, mother, brothers and sisters and all his family and friends. I knew him at the "Regional / RTC Letterkenny" in the late 80's and he was a gentleman, sound guy. May he rest in peace.
