We were very lucky to have Joe (and Polly) next door to us growing up. He was a great man. I always admired him greatly. He had a great attitude to life and I learnt a lot from him as a young man.

Robert and family we are so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. Brian first met Joe in Halfway House in Dublin when he delivered milk to the pub and was delighted to see him again when he and Polly moved to Clane. We loved having chats with him, he was a lovely gentleman.
