Joe was my next door neighbour for many years. A lovely, quiet gentle man. I always enjoyed our chats. So sorry to hear of his passing, I for one will miss him. Rest easy Joe.

Our sincere condolences to all of Joe's family and friends. He was a lovely man who will be greatly missed by those who were lucky enough to know him. We watched his lovely funeral service online and found it very moving. We have fond memories of when Joe visited and of trips to Chester and Windsor races. May he rest in peace.
We watched the service from Manchester this morning - and would certainly echo the words of the Father. Uncle Joe was indeed a kind and holy gentleman. His trips to the O'Brien family in Mcr were always filled with much humour and thought provoking discussion (and of course the occasional punt!). Our thoughts are with his family - love to you all.
