I offer our deepest sympathy to Hazel and all the extended families. I was so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. I have many great memories of meeting Joe, his parents Tony and Bernadette and all his siblings a long time ago on our visits to Drumcooley with my mum and dad Phyllis and Patrick Cosgrave and later years in Dublin . Our long association with the Furey and Cosgrove Families. May Joe now rest in peace. Paul Cosgrave and all the Cosgrave Family, Foxrock.

To Hazel Peter Damien Deborah and Debbie. I was devastated to hear of Joe’s passing.
Over 30 years I’ve worked for him, so not only was he a part of the community, I feel he was a part of the family too. I will cherish the kindness he showed us at the time of our huge loss. A big man with an even bigger heart.
