My deepest condolences to all my cousins on the passing of Joe. I have lovely memories of calling in to Peter Cell to visit Joe with my mother Helen. He was a lovely man.

He always had a smiling face and a happy word for everyone, he was a leader no doubt from the day he was born to the day he departed.

When thinking of Joe we are also reminded of our own father Paddy as Joe and himself spent many years in the scouting movement and Joe was a welcome regular in our household when we were growing up so we all have lovely memories of this very special man.
