Joseph (Joe) JENNINGS

My sympathies to the Jennings family on reading of Joe's death in the Irish Times Weekend section on Saturday. I knew Joe from McCarthy's/Murphy's Pub in the 90s and 00s. He had great time for me as a fellow Mayo man. Always had the big hello with a friendly smile. May he rest in peace.

Joe and Margo minded our daughter Kate when she was a small girl. They were both so good to her and we remember Joe letting Kate practice putting in the sitting room. We send our deepest condolences to Margo and the whole family. Joe was a true gentleman.
