I am saddened that Joe Kelly has died
I was for many years the Circuit Judge for Wicklow when Joe acted as the Registrar when the court was sitting
He always made sure that everything was in order and the the court ran smoothly
Joe was excellent at his work which he loved and was at all times a very pleasant and personal person

I have such lovely memories of him visiting my family on Church Hill almost every Christmas Eve with Mr. Phillips. He was a truly lovely man and it was a pleasure to have known him.
