Our deepest sympathies go out to the Kerr family. Joe was a lovely man and a great neighbour. He was always very good to our family. Kathleen was very sad to hear the news. It was always nice to hear Joe's Northern accent, a second Northern accent just 2 doors down! I hope the next few days aren't too tough for you all.
