Scouting has lost one of the Greats
It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of Joe. During his visits and when he opened our scout den he was always a person that gave of his time freely to Scouting and all those with whom he came in contact.
He will be missed by all. To his wife Mary, and extended family, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
