Joseph (Joe) O'Sullivan

Sorry for your loss Ainé and Joseph, in my thoughts with what you's are going through with the loss of your dad and my uncle. He invited Eugene to come down to the Cresent Stores one terribly wet Thursday evening in 1984, we stayed that night, my first time in South Lodge, returning every weekend over the next 10 years, such was the welcome we got. Interesting because it was Eugene, who invited Joe to Clonalig 20 years earlier and he stayed a life time. Rest in Peace Sergeant Major Joe O'Sullivan

As a veterans group we were privileged to take part in the removal ceremony and show our respect for the man who has been friends with so many of us down through the years. Joe was the epitome of the professional soldier and his presence in our group will be missed. Rest in eternal peace Joe and no doubt we will all parade again together some day.

Phil, Joseph, Aine and extended family, I am so saddened to learn of Joe's passing, a dear friend and golfing companion for many years. A gentleman of the highest calibre and a proud member of the Defence Force. I used to enjoy his stories from his overseas trips to The Congo and The Lebanon.
