My deepest condolences to Honor and family on Joe’s passing. I have great memories of working with Joe in the Refinery, we travelled together to Whitegate for nearly 10 years by road and on his boat. He had the best sense of humour, always tried to make the long journey as fun as possible with stories and argue on the latest state of the world. A true professional on everything he did, Joe was great to give me advise on everything from work to family and life, which I still hold dear to this day. So sorry Honor I cannot get back to pay my respects as I retired myself this year and I’m travelling around the world, now in Malaysia, may he rest in peace.

So many happy memories of you in Earlwood during the many Twomey gatherings Uncle Joe. The long goodbyes at the door after them all. I still giggle at me crashing my car into your wall at Ardcross as I was so excited to see you walking out to greet us after your stroke. Mam adored you and will be waiting in heaven to give you the biggest hugs. Love to Honor, Connor, Michael, Clodagh and Karen as they mourn the loss of a great husband and dad.
