So saddened to hear of the passing of dear Ronnie. I have fond memories of him from our time as neighbours in Canon Sheehan Place. I remember in particular our chats over my mother's front gate and railing, which she asked me to paint (a one day task, that took a week). Ronnie called down every day and we spent hours discussing Cork GAA. His knowledge of the teams, tactics and games was impressive, They should have appointed him part of the management team. Indeed, we also had one or two great singing sessions celebrating in Dublin a number of Cork All Ireland wins. To his family, brothers and sisters we wish you strength and comfort as you navigate his loss. I will certainly cherish the memories I have of him.
