An incredibly accomplished individual, Jo enjoyed to the full a life that was well lived, and we are all the richer from having known her and shared space in this world with her.

Sincere sympathy on the sad passing of your lovely mum, Jo. Jo was a lady - always so kind and respectful to all people. I will always remember how calm and helpful she was to us Seamount girls when we were doing our musicals. Jo was a brilliant gardener too, always taking the time for a quick chat across the wall. She had an ability to connect with people of all ages and walks of life. I hope she finds her way to the best garden in heaven. RIP

To Maeve, Sarah & all the Curley family - I was so sorry to hear about Jo’s passing. Although it has been some years since we worked together, I will always remember her kindness and patience and the calm, reassuring presence she brought to everyone around her. She had a way of making people feel at ease, simply by being herself.

Please know that Jo made a lasting impression on those who had the privilege of knowing her and she will be remembered with great fondness. My thoughts are with you all during this incredibly difficult time.
