We were very saddened to hear of Josie's passing. She was a great friend to my cousins Eily & Jane Daly. Loved hearing Josie's stories about The Balbriggan Dramatic Society and Gaelic League. She is now reunited with her mother and friends where many a sing song will take place. Rest in peace Josie

Saddened to learn of Josie's death. Have lovely memories of her fun company from my connections with my Aunt Lily Hughes Drogheda Street. She was great friends of Eily and Jane Daly and my cousin Maura Coleman and they all visited my home here in Balheary many times. Those days are lovely to recall especially at Christmas time of remembering. Josie has now answered God's call and is now on her journey of glorious enlightenment to join her Mam Agnes and all her late friends. Enjoy your Heavenly reward Josie.

We are so broken to hear of Josie's passing. We lived in No 2 and made a neighbour & friend for life. We have lovely memories of many a day out with our children and loads of nights in having a brandy. Christmas 2004 brings back extra special memories.
