We had lovely chats with her during the summer when she was going on her walks around the block or to visit Monica. Im so sad to hear of the passing of Mrs Devereux, my mam n her were great neighbours and best buddies up to my mams passing 20 years ago. They were young mothers raring big families who along with all the other mothers on the road helped each other out anyway they could. Mrs Devereux is the last of those mothers to pass and the end of an era with her.
