I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Jo in the Plaster Room for many years.She was a wonderful nurse and colleague. Professional,dedicated ,and supportive to both her patients and colleagues .
She had this beautiful smile that she would greet you with every morning .I have many fond memories of her during this time but her baking was superb, especially her spring rolls .They would be gone in a flash .Her family were forever on her lips especially her mother,brothers and sisters neices and nephews .Jo had lots of plans for the future yet her passing was so sudden and she left us to soon. Her absence will be felt greatly by Dermot,her family in the Philippines,her Philippine community here and all her work colleagues at SVUH

Josephine was such a superb nurse, so professional, thoughtful, caring, always smiling and welcoming to every patient she met in B&J Clinic in SVUH, I always loved to see Josephine when I attended the clinic. She will be missed so much.

Dy Jari, I lost a true friend in you...I believe that true friendship exists when we met in a small gathering 12 years ago. I will miss our 3 hours of conversation; we talked nothing but about jokes... the last movie date we had was 'mamma Mia 2 !.' We talked mostly about positive things,heartaches,family issues and relationships ( I stayed with you,slept with you and travelled with you). You are the only one whom I can confide about works.
