We are beyond devastated to hear of Joy's passing. Eva still has not come to terms with it. Just a few weeks ago she told us that Joy was her best friend in school. She was so excited to be buddied with Joy on the School tour.
We would often see them walk out to the gate together, joking and laughing. Joy always had the warmest smile. It was obvious to us what a sweet, wonderful child you raised: a credit to her name. And she will always be Eva's friend.

When I first welcomed Joy to our school last September, I told her that her name suited her perfectly — and it truly did. From our very first meeting, her beaming smile, kind heart, and warm personality radiated joy.

Joy quickly became an important part of our school community. She embraced every opportunity, got involved in many extracurricular activities, and was a valued and much loved member of her class.

She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all her classmates and the staff at Presentation Girls' School.
