Stephen, John and your families we offer our condolences to you all on the passing of your Mam. I too share all the great childhood memories of Anne and Matt growing up on Quarry Road with the toys sent to us by Paddy and his visits to our house.
May their gentle souls rest in peace.
Sincere Sympathy Stephen,John & your families on the passing of your Mum.
I also wish to add to my brother Matt’s memories of the wonderful times when we were young on Quarry Road & the big box arriving for Christmas.. such excitement & a present each for all 6 of us. Paddy & Joyce put so much thought into the presents for each of us.
They were both hugely welcomed & loved in our family. Great memories..
May they Rest In Peace.
In my prayers.

Deepest sympathies to John and all the family. May your dear Mum rest in peace.
Condolence to Stephen and John on the passing of your mother Joyce.
I met the lady a few times when we were children on Quarry Road, Shankill, Dublin. Your dad Paddy was always very welcome at Quarry Road, where him and our dad Peter Byrne got on very well in each others company. Our eldest sister Mary was a bridesmaid at Paddy and Joyces wedding. A big memory for us is the box's of children's toys arriving early for Christmas (but marked not to be opened until Christmas). Sent of course by Paddy when stationed in Singapore back in the 1950's. Great memories of two lovely people.
