I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to Julies beloved husband Stephen and their children Ethan, Adam and Sophie. I also express my sincerest condolences to Ursula, James and all of Julie's family and friends. Julie was a dear friend and colleague of mine for approximately 23 years, and her beautiful smile, happy presence, and kind heart will be missed by myself and all her colleagues indefinitely. Julie was a beautiful person inside and out, who devoted her life to her precious family, helping her colleagues, and doing her best to improve the lives of the many people she served when undertaking her often challenging work duties.

We am thinking of you all at this difficult and sad time, and praying that you will take strength and comfort from the many precious and happy memories you have of Julie, and also from the knowledge that she is loved and missed by all who knew her.

May God Bless Julies gentle heart always and my she Rest In Peace🙏♥️
