So sad to hear of beautiful Julia’s passing. She was one of our Mum’s best friends growing up together in Horgans Buildings. We visited her last time we were in Cork and she told us lots of stories of their times together. It meant so much to us. Rest in peace Julia.

Both my son Mark and I are so sad to hear of Julia’s passing.
She was always so full of fun & joy anytime we visited my father at Norwood Grange.
Indeed she was the life & soul of the parties we attended at Norwood Grange.

We have missed your presence in recent days.

Julie was a lovely woman and always loved seeing my 3 year old son Harry when we went to visit my Dad, Con, in Norwood Grange. She always had a warm smile and wave for Harry.
May she rest in peace.

So sad to hear of Julia's passing. Every time that i visited Norwood Grange I admired her wonderful personality. The way she sang and danced to music and the glint in her eye, made the sun shine. Condolences to all her family and friends.

We are heartbroken to say goodbye to our dear Julia, in her 100th year, who brought joy, music, and laughter to all of us in Norwood Grange. You taught us how to dance, sing, and cherish life, and we will carry those lessons with us always.

Norwood won’t be the same without you. We’ll miss your orders to the Kitchen and we promise to keep the plates warm and the salt and pepper on the table—just as you liked.

Rest peacefully now with your beloved Paddy and family. Our thoughts are with your extended family, George, Susan & Catherine, and your dear friends Finbarr and Sheila, and all your friends here in Norwood.
