My deepest condolences to Margaret and family on the sad passing of Kapil. I had the pleasure of working with Kapil during my time in the West of Ireland in the mid 1990s..... one of the nicest and kindest colleagues I've known. May he rest in peace.

Kapil was a man of courage and integrity. He demonstrated a deep commitment to all his family. We remember him especially for his commitment to fairness during a campaign on the matter of local government housing in Letterkenny in the late 1960s!

May his gentle soul rest in peace!

Kapil was always welcoming and had that amazing smile and wit. RIP Kapil.
