It was my privilege to work with karen in oasis. Karen was so caring gentle and kind with both clients and colleagues. So professional and helpful to everyone. We had many chats and laughs too our time working alongside karen was way to short. I had met Karen last summer at Oasis as a student therapist and her impact has been profround. I always looked forward to seeing her, Karen had that incredible ability to offer safety, know how, competence, humour all bundled into to the sounded, nicest person ever. I didn’t know her very long but she was a person who made a difference in important, meaningful ways and it didn't take more than one conversation to know that. I am so sorry for the loss to her family and my deepest condolences at this time. She was very special.
