I met Karl with Martin when they both did work in our house. They were a double act, funny, charming but amazing professionals at the same time. My memories of Karl are of a person with a lovely smile and always at hand to help or offer advice. I was so sorry to hear Karl was unwell and cant imagine the hole his departure will leave in your lives.
