I remember Kate at the Hollywood fair, a lovely girl so full of life, looking so glamoured in her beautiful black and white outfit which caught my eye. I had remarked to her about how well she looked and if there was to be a first prize for best dressed lady she truly would have been a winner. She agreed to let me take her photo which I had promised her I would forward through her Mam a lovely memory to add to yours Ann.

Kate's memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. May she now rest in Heavenly peace along with her Father Frank.🙏

The first time that I met Kate was in the hairdressers when it was situated over Super Valu. I remember that she said to me that she was in college studying hairdressing. Kate showed me her stylist portfolio book that she had completed in college. She was very knowledgeable about hairdressing and an excellent hair stylist. Kate was a people's person.
