Tá mé brónach an scéal seo a chloisteáil ro-mhall le reastal ar do shochraide a chara.
Cara mór liom bean gleoite cineálta álainn a raibh grá mór agam uirthí .
Tá brón orm nach raibh mé ann ach ní raibh fhois agam faoi i am.
My lovely Kate I was coming to visit you for Xmas you were one gentle kind loving lady and I will miss coming to you when I am in Rosmuc. The gates opened and the angels welcomed in another angel when you arrived. Ar dhéis Dé dhuit a Khate a cara.

We were saddened to hear of Aunt Kate's passing. We enjoyed our visits with her in Roscide on our trips to Galway and her visits to South Boston when she came to the States. Love and prayers to the family.
