I only heard today of the sad passing of Kathleen. My sincere & genuine condolences to all of Kathleen’s family. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace. She was the very first person I met when I transferred from the Dept of the Environment to the Dept of Defence.. She made me feel welcome. She will be missed by all who knew her. A lovely person with a heart of gold

I worked with Kathleen for a few years in the Contracts Branch of the Department of Defence where she managed the registry system long before computerisation. I always got on well with her and remember her with great fondness. May Kathleen be at peace now.
