We were very saddened to hear of the death of Noëlle’s mother Kathleen. We are sure that she has had a special welcome to Heaven from her lovely daughter. We remember Kathleen coming to our First Communion Masses in the Church of the Sacred Heart in Donnybrook when Noëlle was conducting the school choir and we are thinking of all of your family in sympathy.

Sympathies Brendan and Family on Kathleen's passing

It is with profund sadness that I learn of the passing of Mrs Broderick.

Fond memories of many occasions, spanning many years, carrying out various heating works with my late father for her.

A pragmatic, no-nonsense woman of wisdom and advice. She was one of those characters who leave a positive, life-long impression on one; Certainly on me.

I estimate that she endured the trials and tribulations that life presented with great stoicism.

Her passing marks the end of an era.

My father -- ever the perfectionist -- unhappy with some aspect of his work might point it out to her, to which her response would be: "Ah, Oliver; a man on a galloping horse would never see it!" and he often quoted her when something was not perfect but more than good enough.
