Sincere sympathy to the Browne family on the death of Kathleen.
When Kathleen re-located from Dublin to take up a teaching post in Kerry, I 'got her job' in Loreto NS Churchtown.
Down through the years if I met people connected to the school they would say, 'Did you know Kathleen Brown, she was such a lovely person'. Each time I replied ' No, I never met her, I replaced her'.
Then about four years ago we finally met when I discovered that she was living in the same nursing home in Kerry as my aunt. I saw Kathleen each time that I visited & all of those people were right - she was a lovely, gentle, kind lady & I only wish that I had met her sooner.
May Kathleen rest in peace.
