I was so sad to hear that your mom had passed away. Its is hard loosing a parent, loosing that link to the past, loosing that parent who is always there for you. Your mom was the last of a line following her brother so quickly. It is definitely the cycle of life, a life she enjoyed and lived long and healthy for the most part. Even knowing that does not make it any easier.
I am sorry I cannot make it over to be there with you, but my thoughts, sympathies and condolences are with you all this week end.
